Film Reviews: Dune & The Matrix Resurrections

Canadian director Denis Villeneuve is the latest filmmaker brave/foolhardy enough to attempt a cinematic version of Frank Herbert's infamously 'unfilmable' sci-fi novel, Dune. You can checkout my review of his venture over at my blog.

Also, one of the creators of the Matrix franchise in the late 90s and early 2000s, has belatedly given in to the temptation to create a sequel with Matrix: Resurrections. Lana Wachowski has reunited some of the key cast members (though, perhaps regrettably, not all) and played around with the original plot evolution (though, perhaps regrettably, not enough).
